What is your return policy?

Returns are only possible if the items are unused and in their original packaging. Products that have already been opened or used are excluded from return for hygienic and quality reasons. Please ensure that the goods are complete and undamaged before initiating a return.
When will I receive my order?

Where are your products manufactured?

Our UV/LED gels, polishes, and liquids are produced in-house in Langenbrettach (Germany). Accessories and tools are manufactured internationally; the respective country of origin can be found transparently on the corresponding product page.
